Stripping Wood

Strypeeze: Use with caution, but this paint stripper is efficient.

After wrestling some of the paint from a wooden door using a citrus style stripping product, I found myself tired and frustrated. Strypeeze by Savogran original semi-paste works on wood, metal and masonry. While you might avoid using its name in polite conversation, the stuff is incredible. You slather it on, wait 15 minutes or so, then scrape. The safety warnings are no joke though, and use outside if possible. The label encourages disconnecting the electricity to the room you may be working in. The fumes can be that flammable. So wear your gloves and change them often, put on a mask and work outdoors.
